Anyone know how accurate this is for detecting one's ability to hear different frequencies?

I wouldn't place too much store in any online hearing test. Their validity is depenedent upon the equipment you are using to reproduce the various frequencies. If you do use your main system be careful not to crank up the volume in order to hear the higher frequecies as it's very easy to fry your tweaters.

This ir super inacurate test!
Audio
Format : AAC
Format/Info : Advanced Audio Codec
Format version : Version 4
Format profile : LC
Format settings, SBR : No
Duration : 5mn 11s
Bit rate : 45.0 Kbps
Channel(s) : 2 channels
Channel positions : L R
Sampling rate : 22.05 KHz
Resolution : 16 bits
Stream size : 1.67 MiB (41%)
Look at the sampling rate : 22.05 KHz!!!
There is no way that this audio has enough high frequencies to use it as a hearing test. It can contain only max 11KHz audio signal!
It is low-pased audio with some noise and lossy compression that ads additional distortions.
Total failure to be a hearing test!
