Artist art?

Is it possible to get artist art i.e. a image of the artist to be showed to the left of the names (like album art) when you browse the "Artist-list" of your music library?

I'm not sure if this is a good idea... it could totally change your music selection. For a start, you'd never play Hall & Oates again.
