Is there a way to wake my Mac Pro from sleep mode using my SB Duet? I've got the SB receiver connected to my Airport Extreme via ethernet (both downstairs) and my Mac Pro is upstairs using 802.11n. Thanks.

You can't wake any computer (anything) over wifi.
If the mac was setup to "wake for Ethernet network administrator access" (Prefs System>Power Saving>Options in 10.5) and your machine was *wired* to the Airport Extreme, then the SBC could wake the computer.
I've never tried, but I am pretty sure this would work even if the SBR was unwired, too.
The important thing is that ethernet network cards stay enough awake to receive and process the wake-up signal; wifi network cards don't.
