I think quite highly of J.J. Cale's album 5 in such a circumstance. And I know quite a few women who find the music sensual.
Spike Jones, on the other hand, is not recommended.

The rumor was that Betts was looking up at the head stone reading "In Memory of Elizabeth Reed" during the joys of an enthusiastic young lady then later writing the song about the encounter. Most likely another Urban Legend, but I can't personally think of any other explaination that would explain such a great song from just seeing a headstone in a cemetery.iPhone

I won't share my entire 145-song playlist, but there is a lot of Dave Matthews Band in it. U2, INXS, Chris Isaak, Jack Johnson, Dishwalla, Dire Straits, Mark Knopfler, and Robert Plant also work for me in that setting. Okay... I better stop. haha

Okay, I must be spending too much time reading these forums. Last night in the midst of a "special" playlist (Oscar Peterson, Diana Krall & Dave Grusin) this thread topic suddenly entered my head, and I flashed on the notion of having Spike Jones blasting from the Boom by the bedside. Fortunately the thought did not last long enough to detract from the moment, but still....
