Squeezeplay plays too slowly on 48KHz

I could not find a better place to post this bug (which I am confident it is)

I have about 150GB of music on a NAS-disk. Part of it is encoded at 44.100KHz / 16bit (from CD-s) and other parts are at 48KHz / 24bit (my old LP-s). This works fine playing on the Squeezebox duet. However when playing music on a windows PC with Squeezeplay, the 48KHz music plays too slow (about one 1/2-tone pitch). The 44.100KHz music plays correctly. I have tested this on three different PC-s, XP and Vista.
