Napster only playing 1 track from an album with Squeezecenter Plugin

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help. I'm trialing the 30 days for Napster and I have a problem in that if I choose to play a whole album only 1 track is played when using the Squeezecenter (v7.3.2), i.e it doesn't skip to the next track.

I see the rest of the tracks in the playlist, but to play the next track I have to press >> each time.

Anyone else having this problem? Connecting via squeezenetwork works fine with no problem.

Hi,

I have the same problem (napster working fine via squeezenetwork but not via squeezecenter, stops after every track). Tried around with some parameters but without success. Would be happy for further feedback.

I'm getting the same issue but I see it in SN as well. However, it is inconsistent in that every few tracks it will suddenly play a couple of tracks in a row and then stop again.

This is happening to me every now and then. Sometimes when I play an album, it will skip to the next track fine, but sometimes it wont. I did notice today when usin squeezeplay to control my squeezebox that when the track finished and the track progress bar was complete, the time remaining went to 60.00mins and started counting down?! This would appear to be the reason it doesnt seem to skip to the next track, an hour of silence!

This is most likely an issue with Napster not returning the next
track's data fast enough.

Hi,

Tried the 7.3.3 test build and maybe a coincidence but its now working for me.

Worth giving it a try if you have the same problem still on the standard version.

I'm getting Napster album art from SQN but not on SC, all I'm getting is a wee logo thingie.
I'm using SC 7.3.2, and the Napster plugin (v 1.0??) installed via the extension downloader, its on an XP system, and the art is failing to show in the web interface. I don't have a controller to see if its appearing there..
Anyone else having issues, or is it just me being a klutz?

Ignore the above post, album art goodness is now being delivered via both SN and SC.
I must have been a Klutz....but I don't know why....

Getting same issue as curry100, andyg, pudding on SC. Don't think it is Napster as my neighbour is connecting fine to Napster via his Sonos system and I have same broadband provider.
Going to try Curry100 suggestion of 7.3.3.

I may try the same too, as sometimes the tracks will play on after the other from an album fine, other times I have to skip to the next track every time. Very annoying if im cooking or washing up in the kitchen with dirty hands. Are you still problem free Curry100 with 7.3.3?
