New Squeeze Receiver Does not power up

Hi everyone,

I was attempting to join the squeeze gang by buying a duet system. I hooked up the controller and got it connected fine but when I needed to connect it to the receiver there was no light on the front.

I unplugged it and plugged it back in and tried holding down the button. The light in the optical plug comes on though.

Any ideas?

Any ideas?

If no light comes on, either the AC adapter or the receiver itself must be broken. Take it back to where you bought it.
