    Hi Vaggan,

Try uninstalling, delete your browser's cache, and just for cleanliness sake do a Window's file cleanup on C:\
Turn off and re-start the computer, download the latest nightly from here:
    http://downloads.slimdevices.com/nightly/?ver=7.3
    and re-install.

I've had exactly the same problem with the nightly builds for the last week or so (SS 7.3 on Vista 32).

The problem seems to be intermittent - the server starts about 50% of the time, but the rest of the time it fails to start and displays the error message described by Vaggan (above).

I've tried kesey's suggestions, but with no luck. Is anyone else seeing the problem?

I have the same error messages with the latest 7.4 nightly builds.

SqueezeTray.exe won't launch on startup. Starting SqueezeCenter manually works.

Please search your temporary folders for pdk* sub folders and delete them. Would this help?
