I've been using my Boom (along with 5 other squeezeboxes - 1 x SB2, 3 x SB3 and a duet) for about a month now and the other day it just stopped working - no display but all of the buttons are illuminated (power on/off switch does nothing). The Boom remote does nothing, the boom can't be seen on either the duet remote or squeezecenter.
I've tried the reset with no luck.
Any other suggestions before I give customer support a call?
