I have tried to access Rhapsody throughout the day on Sunday through both SC and SN. I can browse everything, bt when I decide on a song or album to play, I get the following message:
Internal Rhapsody Error: Unable to authenticate the user.
Anyone else having this issue. It occurs on both SN and through SC. I have not changed any of my logins, etc.

Same here
Yes, I'm getting the same error on SN and SC.
Rhapsody was working on Saturday. I just tried deleting my Rhapsody account from SN and re-adding it but it didn't fix the problem.

Rhapsody Direct is still down here as well. Any information on when it will be back up?

still down
Rhapsody playback is still not functioning on Monday at 0930 PST (-7 GMT). I just wasted 30 minutes with one of their CS people trying to get them at least acknowledge the problem is on their side.
This is a chronic problem with Real - they don't provide any current system status.

Same error here
I tried calling Rhapsody, but it sounds like it may be on the squeezebox end. We reset my account in rhapsody, re-added the PIN for the device on the squeezenetwork website. I reinstalled the firmware on my device. Got all new accounts for both Rhapsody and Squeezenetwork.
At this point, 'Sam' from rhapsody support said I needed to contact Logitec. Which I had already done - I had an email in.
Well, I just got another email from logitec saying "This issue is being escalated to our second tier support team". Another business day will pass.
In the meantime - I'm listening to Slacker. Much better than Pandora...

Actually, the problem is completely on Rhapsody's end: they are having
database issues. It's the same issue that cropped up a few weeks
ago. Right now I believe some accounts are fixed and possibly some
are still broken.

Yep, just got hit with the "Rhapsody Internal Error" myself.
It played last night fine but can't get it to play today. Anybody else still dead in the Rhapsody water with this error?
