Have just added a new album to squeezecenter, but when going via squeezebox to play it (browsing to play via "New Music") track 02 is showing as last, and not in between 01 and 03.
When browsing the "Music Folder", it's shown in the correct order.
Any ideas why this happens? How can it put it back in the correct sequence (if at all)?

Maybe albumplay at random?

Best place to start is to check your tags in something like Mp3tag.

Good call on the tags. Everything was spot on in them, except for a "Position in media set" that was somehow applied to that 2nd track. Have deleted that particular entry now.
