    Question on Synching

I have a multiple SD household. This evening I was playing some music on my Duet in the kitchen and wanted to work in my office. I picked up the Duet remote and synced to my Boom in the office. However, when I walked into the office, the Boom wasn't on or synched. Does a Boom need to be "On" in order to be synched to another SD unit?

It depends - there's an option under Settings / Player / Synchronize to choose whether power state is synced. A tip - when I move from room to room I use OtherPlayers to push/pull the playlist rather than syncing. I find it simpler to understand and also means I don't end up with music in both rooms.

Great stuff - I also am liking The Synchronizer.
