How do you install Crestron Module v4.5

I am most interested in improvements in getting cover art.

The module already retrieves cover art for the currently playing track and also on the track info page.
If Squeezecenter does not know about cover art for a track then it won't be displayed.

    Still available?

Speed is this module still available? I am not having much luck with your website, it doesn't seem to return any information when I search.
