Thanks. I see that it needs a plugin. I will perhaps post as suggested plugin in the relevant place. Perhaps it has been suggested before- I am sure I am not the only person who finds the non availability of booklets and lyrics to be the final barrier to completely replacing the physical media with squeezebox. I know about the lyrics plugin which works ok with popular music but I can't remember it ever working with a track in an opera cd.

using Triodes Spotify app , the radio menus does not seem to work in iPeng ?

Is this a known issue ?

Bah it's broken on the Touch too same malformed pop-up menu , let's inform Triode .

It is version 7.8 of the server

It should work with anything that supports WOL (don't know about ReadyNAS). The important part is to wire the server since WOL doesn't work over WiFi (the source of the WOL packet can be sent over WiFi but must be received through Ethernet)

You can try to WOL the NAS with your Squeezebox (or an external wol tool on a pc ) if that works it is very very likely that iPeng can to .

Depending on the servers power state result can vary , the squeezebox times out quickly and will in my case show an error message as I boot my server from cold , but if you just wait a while and don't touch anything it automatically reconnects when the server is up and running.

I have the Readynas Duo (WOL not supported) and was considering upgrading to Ultra 2 and was after user experience whether the WOL feature works as Ultra does support it. I may take a punt as the better processor in Ultra is the main reason for changing.

There is a lyric plugin it works with iPeng...

iPengHD does of course support & display lyrics if they are tagged into the file's lyric tag... I just tag all my 27,000 and growing files with the lyrics as I add/rip/buy them and use iPengHD to display the lyrics on my iPads... (can't recall if standard iPeng on iPhone does also as I rarely use it now).
