    23. I do not think I have added any menu item since I last saw the CB menu.

Is 23 the number you _see_?
The reason I ask is that 23 is the maximum number that _can_ be shown (20 allowed for being pit on the Tab Bar plus Help, Extras and Settings which can't).

This is a limitation of the TabBar controller on iPhone (because it can only show 20 items in it's "Edit" menu) that I can't get around. Maybe you are now seeing something else that was dropped before and instead, CB doesn't show up.
    Restarting iPeng might change things.

incorrect code on ipad enable playback

I've installed both iPeng for the iPhone and iPeng for the iPad on my new ipad2.

When I try the procedure to activate playback it says

    Incorrect Code
The code could not be verified. Please try to generate a new code in iPeng for iPhone and copy it to the clipboard

I've tried several times, both ways from the iPad app to the iPhone app and vise versa.

The only thing I can think of that might make my setup a little unique is that I paid the $5 for the playback feature on the iPhone app on my iPhone long before I owned and iPad. Could that be causing the problem?

I have 23 items in the iPeng menu, obviously the maximum.

I removed one CB top level menu and the CB menu itself reappeared after a SBS restart. No restart of iPeng needed.

    Thanks. I am happy again.

    No.
Have you actually _pasted_ the code into the entry field before pressing "validate"?
You did install both Apps on the iPad, did you?

Wow, I feel like an idiot. Thanks! I guess I must have been thinking the code would be read from the clipboard and that's why I had to copy it there, not just to make it easier on me.

I suppose I should have read step 5 a little closer.

    Play album now (random order)

    Hello,

i bought the iPeng app for my iPhone and do really enjoy it.

One thing i noticed is that it always adds the tracks of an album
in random order when i touch the 'play now' button. Sure i can toggle
the random function off on the 'now playing' screen but next time
i want to play another album the tracks are added in random order again.

I like to have the tracks ordered correctly when added.

Did i miss a setting here? Can someone give me a hint?

    Thank you.

    hdo

Are you using the context menu to play the album?
    Usually iPeng should
    - Whenever you play a whole album, e.g. through the context menu on a list of albums, keep the "Shuffle" setting
    - Whenever you play an album by hitting a track in an album's track list _turn off_ shuffle and play the album straight
    - Whenever you hit "Play Shuffled" turn _on_ shuffle and play the album shuffled.

    You've seen "Help->Quick Tutorials->Playlists and Albums"?

on the now playing screen (with artwork) when you tap on the artwork, you should get the playing progress bar. You on either side of this is a little icon (one for repeat and one for shuffle). If either of these are turned on they will be 'blue' color. tap on the icons to turn off the function.
