Well I don't have my Boom yet, but I have an idea.
I expect when the alarm goes off and you hit the snooze button it will display the new alarm time on the screen for a few seconds. If so, how about being able to tweak it using the navigation wheel. Turning clockwise adds minutes and turning anticlockwise takes them away. That would be really neat.
If that does get implemented, it should do the same for the sleep timer too for consistency.

Alarm Snooze Tweaking
Not a bad idea, but I think we're already overloading that poor knob with
too many functions. I'd be worried about causing more confusion.
