No sound starts over again

Hi,
I have a duet and after a lot of trouble it is now set up. Before it works 10 seconds and then it was just blue color on the display. Anyway now I get i white BUT when I will play something it is no sound, the display shows it is playing but it only plays 30 sec. I can see on the display counting seconds (no sound) then it starts over again. Same thing with internet radio. 30 sec then it starts again from 0 sec. I have made a factory default but..
I have tried both optical and analog output

I reinstalled the software in the controller, squeezecenter and now it is working
