Loud blasts of digital noise 8-O

Several times tonight while listening to Rhapsody, which is sounding superb at 192k, just as I'm really relaxed after several wonderful tracks, I was jolted awake by a blast of weird digital noise at full volume. Kind of like those internet videos of a peaceful scene interrupted by the screaming demon face (if you haven't experienced this I will be glad to forward a link or two).

Is anyone else getting this? Tonight is the first time I have heard it. I was listening to Rhapsody the whole evening so didn't try other services (Pandora, Internet Radio, etc) to see if it was there also.
