Last.Fm "500 Internal Server Error"

I have just signed up to Last.Fm, and entered my login/pwrd into both SqueezeCentre->Settings->PlugIn and www.squeezenetwork.com. Two strange things happen:

1) if I go on my SB3 to SqueezeNWtwork->Music Services->Last.Fm Radio->My Stations and select say My Radio Station it briefly says "checking stream" and after <1second I get "500 Internal Server Error". Other stuff works - e.g. AlienBBC.

2) I can't access Last.Fm from SqueezeCentre, which would be my preferred way.

Any ideas anyone?
