Playing a Rhapsody album on SN plays the first track and stops.
Is anyone else seeing this ?

Not here. How are you starting the album?

I'm still experiencing this problem. Both my players behave like that.
I did sync one of my players a few days ago, but it is no longer in sync
It works ok via slimserver, the problem is definitely with SN

Some more details about this problem:
It happens when playing either Rhapsody albums or playlists. It happens with either SB3 remote or SN web.
The first track plays normally.
Then when the sound of the first track is finished, the show buffer fullness display still shows something like 50/10 and drops for that duration until 0/0 while the player is silent.
This is followed by "getting track info" and the display info of the next track.
The display just hangs like that for a minute.
Then it shows the details of the first track and the status is "stopped"
I know it is strange but I'm a experienced & sober user. IMHO there is definitely a newly introduced bug in SN that was not there a few days ago

The same thing happens with Pandora stations. The only difference is that after dropping from 50/10 silently at the end of the first track, and after hanging for a minute afterwards, the display shows "rebuffering failed"
I'm pretty sure my network is fine as the first track plays flawlessly

One last detail: after each such incident the player hangs and has to be rebooted with a long press of the "on" button.

Now the same thing happens with lastfm as well.
The first track plays ok, the router's bandwidth meter shows good stable consecutive streaming, then the track ends and the player hangs & has to be rebooted. I have 2 players with same symptoms.
IMHO something is seriously messed up with SN because Rhapsody & Pandora play fine when I use my local 7.0.1 server.Last edited by y360; 2008-06-10 at 14:00.

I'm still having this problem and it's driving me nuts.
I opened a new SN account and it did not help.
I have a feeling my problems started when I synced my two players last week via the Settings menu.
I noticed for a brief moment today that one player started playing what the other one was playing, even though they are no longer in sync.
Is there a SN database that can be cleared ?
Is there a different way to control sync other than Settings->Synchronize ?
When I deleted my players and added them to a new SN account, their old names were resurrected even though I gave them new names in the setup process.
I am at my wits end here
