I've had this about 4 months now and use it wired CAT5 to 3 SB's. Compared to my old Qnap TS101 it is loads faster, but then it should be for the money.
A few days ago I purchased a Popcorn Hour A100 NMT for video's.
I have to say WOW. The Thecus is streaming Bluray to the A100 whilst listening to 2 SB's both playing music stored on the discs and loading numerous movies onto the N5200 all at the same time with no problems at all.
I don't even notice a slower speed search for music whilst doing the rest of the stuff.
What a fantastic bit of kit. I now know why I spent so much buying it in the first place and can at last justify it!
I've had a Qnap TS101 and a Netgear NV+ and without doubt this wipes the floor with the Netgear. The Qnap was a lot cheaper so not fair to compare really.
Anyone thinking of buying a NAS must consider the Thecus as it kicks a**.

I have the 5200BR Pro, 1 x SB3, a PopCorn and 3 x 1TB drives and 2 x 320GB drives in it.
The NAS kicks arse like you said, very very powerful
I love mine!

In case you weren't aware you can run SC and MusicIP on it too, totally bypassing your PC.
