Just tried softsqueeze with the revised endian setting and it works OK.
I don't know if softsqueeze uses the same conversion, but I had previously commented out the mov mp3 line and there is no mov wav line, so I can only assume it is using the same faad line as the receiver - maybe the receiver is just more fussy!
