i asked a similar question a while ago regarding spitting rca outs and sean was good enough to answer. so forgive another question on the same lines - can you run xlr outs and rca outs at the same time? (example xlr out to amps, and rca out to subs). thanx! **edit** oops, p.s. - on my transporter.

There is a slight caveat - same volume level on RCA & XLR output.

This is actually the setup I use now. RCA connected to Copland amp and XLR connected to Gallo Ref SA amp, powering second voice coil on Ref 3.1

Btw, how are those Emotiva match the Gallo Ref speakers? Iv been looking at the new XPA-2. Those amps any good? Not much info on the net about 'em.
