Just installed the march 1st build
On the SqueezeNetwork setup tab (on the SN software) I enter my account e-mail and password and I get:
"We couldn't find your account information, please re-enter your information and try again. If you don't have an account please click “I need an account” to continue."
Which is weird because my account seems to be setup properly on the squeezenetwork.com webpage
Any ideas?

Squeezecenter to squeezenetwork...cannot connect

SN just went through a major upgrade/update to the new SN servers. You might want to make sure your computer and SB3 are logged OFF of your SN account prior to you connecting to the new SN.
This may not resolve your issue, but I know it helped resolve SN logins with other accounts & issues.

Okay I don't know why this is giving me so much grief.
1) Downloaded and installed the March 3rd build
2) Created a second squeezenetwork account using a different e-mail address. I received the confirmation e-mail and clicked on the included link to activate my account.
3) Logged into the squeezenetwork website using my browser and everything checks out, quickly change my timezone, save the settings and close the browser.
4) Open up squeezecenter 7 and type in my new account's e-mail address and password. I clicked "Apply" and I get the "We couldn't find your account information, please re-enter your information and try again. If you don't have an account please click “I need an account” to continue." error message.
I thought that maybe something wrong happened with the creation of my first account but the same problem is repeating itself with different username/pass...what gives?

Are you using some non-latin characters like eg. German umlauts, French accents or some double-byte values like in Hebrew or Chinese?

Same problem here
I have the same problem here. I also went through my profile to remove anything that's not ASCII-7Bit, still it complains that it can't find my account.
Usually I would not mind much, yet I cannot set up my squeezecenter without being able to give this data which is /very/ annoying! Especially as my Server is supposed to be running also when the whole LAN is /not/ connected to the internet...

As you all have the same problem, could you please all do the following:
- go to Settings/Advanced/Logging
- set "network.squeezenetwork" to "debug"
- try to set your SN login/pw
- upload server.log to this thread
- set the above value to "warn" again
This should give us some more information about what's going wrong here.

You can just skip that part of the setup wizard using the "Skip" button.

mherger,
All my info uses the English alphabet no non-standard characters used...well except for the @ symbol in my e-mail :-)
I will follow your posted suggestions and post my results but before I do that I'll try installed the release version of 7.0 to see if fixes things first.
