AlienBBC via QNAS TS109 "no programmes"

I bought a QBAS TS109 with Slimserver and AlienBBC pre-installed, and just got a SB3. Sadly, AlienBBC does not work at all - "No programmes found" on all channels, and web pages are all blank. Some other Internet Radio stations do work.

Any ideas how I might fix? I emailed QNAP in both Taiwan and UK, but no response so far...

This is a custom installation so you should contact your supplier to ensure that they tested it before shipping. I don't think QNAP reallyknow much about AlienBBC installation - IIRC Progressive Consumer did the legwork.

If the AlienBBc was working before shipping - then the problem is network related - make sure your QNAP has addresses for DNS servers and Gateway set up.

..for the expertise. There was a mistake in my TS109 DNS address. Correcting it fixed the problem. Very many thanks.
