Loading Custom Background images on Jive

The latest SC and jive firmware allow jive to fetch background images from the server and add them the the settings menu for selection as the jive background image. At present this is really targetted at plugin authors to produce images for distribution rather than end users, but I hope that someone will write a plugin to make it easy for users to crop their photos to the right size and load them onto jive.

A demo of how images may be distributed in a plugin is attached (just a set of image files + an index in the install.xml file - very bland images!)

Plugin authors should also look at the registerDownload call in Slim::Control::Jive as this allows them to register additional images for download to the settings menu.
