Jive clicks

In the latest nightly firmware (from r908) I have fixed a couple of bugs where Jive plays the key press clicks at the wrong or inappropriate times (for example in the Flickr screensaver). A side effect of this fix may mean that sometimes the clicks are not played when they should be. Please post to this thread if you spot where a sound is missing, or the wrong sound is played.

So far I've found 2 missing clicks

1) When in Extras, no click when Information Browser selected.
2) When in settings, no click when Controller Settings selected.
