Convert favourites into playlist?

Is there any easy way to do this? My wife has spent the evening adding songs as favourites and now wants to store them all as a playlist.

yes i'd like to know this too. i'd like to be able to play my favourites randomly or create a playlist containing a selection of songs from the favourites list.
