Activating ASPI layer after EAC setup

After reading some stuff I decided to try and change the interface with my CD drive by inserting ASPI algorithm from Nero into the EAC file, but have a remaining problem in that I can't change from "Native WIN32 interface" (that is used with XP) in "EAC options", "interface"; i.e. the options under "Use of SCSI interface" are not available.
Would really appreciate it if someone could let me know what I should be doing here.

    Cheers

The .dll file needs to go into the EAC program directory - probably C:\Program Files\Exact Audio Copy.

I have the Nero ASPI Library installed with EAC, version 2.0.1.74 using a file called wnaspi32.dll.

Yep, I have that sitting in the EAC folder in my program files; but when EAC is open and I try to change the setup(interface tab) so that this file is used instead of the microsoft option, it is shown but unavailable.

Have you checked this EAC tab on your PC and see if the SCSI interface is available and is being used?
