HTTP server side caching

I read some old threads about slimserver caching web pages and how to turn off the caching but I can't seem to find the setting in 6.5.1. How can I turn off caching and/or flush he cache?

I think I figured it out. Can someone verify that slim is watching file timestamps? I had copied an older version of a file and the one it replaced was still cached. A "touch *" seemed to do the trick.
