Custom Skip Query

I cannot get Custom Skip to work. Very simply I've added a filter for Zapped songs and it's activated, but when I add an album to the 'Now Playing' playlist it does not skip the track listed in the Zapped playlist.
I only have the Custom Skip plugin, no Dynamic Playlist plugin.
What am I doing wrong or is my understanding of the plugin flawed?
SlimServer Version: 6.5.3 - 12112 - Windows XP.

You need to activate the option "ENABLE FILTERING ON ALL PLAYLISTS" in the Custom Skip section in Server Settings/Plugins. By default skipping is only enabled for Dynamic Playlist but by activating this option it is enabled also when you add tracks to current playing in other ways.

I activated the option "ENABLE FILTERING ON ALL PLAYLISTS" but this has not helped when either adding to playlist or just pressing play. Am I missing something else?

First, just to make sure ju know how it works. When using Dynamic Playlists the tracks aren't added to the playlist at all, but when adding/playing tracks manually the tracks will be added to the playlist and you will see them there. But when the track is going to start to play it will be skipped. So the skipping doesn't occur until has reached the playing position of the current playlist.

If this wasn't the problem, goto the Custom Skip web interface and check that the correct filter set is active, you should see something like this at the top:

Active filter set: xxxx

If the correct filter is active, click on the Edit button beside it and check that it really contains the Zapped song filter.

If this isn't the problem, goto the Custom Skip section of Server Settings/Plugins and enable the debug option at the bottom. After doing this, try to play a track which is in the zapped playlist. Directly after that track starts to play, goto: http://localhost:9000/log.txt and post the log here.

I did know a track would be added to playlist but not played so I have been testing in this way - by playing the album and as the second track is in the Zapped list waiting to go to the third track. Also I have the following set:-

There seems to be a bug in the current version that only make Custom Skip work if you have the Dynamic Playlist plugin installed. This should be corrected in a future release, but at the moment you will have to install Dynamic Playlist to make it work.

You don't have to actually use the Dynamic Playlist plugin, it should be enough if you just install it. Let me know if this would be a problem and I will try to fix the problem as soon as possible.

Installed Dynamic Playlist plugin and that fixed the problem.

Since my problems with moving to 7.4 I've been unable to get Custom Skip to work, i.e. when I add an album to the 'Now Playing' playlist, it does not skip the track listed in the 'Zapped Songs' playlist but plays the song.
I've Dynamic Playlist installed but don't think I need it.

Here are my settings:-
The 'Zapped' filter is the Active filter set:
Skip percentage 100%
Valid Forever
Retry later No

Activated 'Enable filtering on all playlists'.

Also tried the 'Playlist' filter set option with 'Zapped Songs' but no joy. What am I doing wrong?
