Date and time information comes from your computer, what OS are you using?

Is it a foreign version of XP? Is the date and time correct on your pc, or is there something that might confuse the Squeezebox about the date and time on your pc?

Standard English Windows XP, not a foreign version. I have not problem with the date display on my computer. I saw the link to that bug. Did anybody have any suggestions?

For non unicode programs in Language settings in Control panel for Windows I have "Russian". May be this confuses slimserver? I have no idea. But US English is a default language.

On your slimserver machine in the system tray, does your date show up in russian?

Make sure you have necessary true type fonts in your slimserver (in C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server\Graphics; smth like CODE2000.TTF, Cyberbit.ttf or ARIALUNI.TTF).
Also, in Control panel/Regional and Labguage settings, in Anvanced tab: select "Default user account settings/Apply all settings to the current user account..." and hit apply.
    It might require restart.
