hi
i have a qnap 201 i called an it guy out to install it for me but he has made a mess of it
how do i reset it to factory presets ro start again[ive no desk to icon to click to go into menu]
ive tried unistalling software then installing but im getting the message cant find server please disable firewalls during wizard set up,i have mcafee but dont know how to disable this[any ideas]

my set up is
computer wireless using aol broadband router speed touch adsl[bt]
conected to router is a switch[as router has only one conection]
in this switch ive conected qnap and a squeezebox[sq not installed yet]
any ideas
im at my wits end
