Oh yes, just one more....
I'm planning on running my SB3 on batterysupply. I've found a few interesting ones, but they're all on 6 Volts. Do you think it's doable with 6V instead of 5V? Will the SB3 hold?

If I recall correctly, supplying over/under voltage externally shouldn't damage the Sb3, but I wouldn't try. A better solution is higher voltage battery and regulator to put it right at 5V, IMO.

I talked to Wayne @ Bolder, and according to him tha SB had it's limits at 5.35 Volts. It seems I need to figure out something else...

You can regulate down 6 volts to 5 with a LM1085.
