Application not found.

I am having problems opening SlimServer - just removed/re-installed latest version - get the same message,
"Slimserver Web Interface.url
Application not found." when I try to open Slimserver.


at that point I get nothing - I am running Zone alarm and when it asks I say allow and remember - ZA has been running since I originally installed Slimserver.

This is by right clicking the tray icon and selecting Start Slimserver?

If so try another means of starting it - from the command line, or as a service (Control Panel - Admin - Services).

Try loading up your web browser and going to http://localhost:9000

I saw a similar problem on another forum and it turned out to be a firefox issue, rather than a slim one

Thanks - it must be a connection issue in Firefox - using your suggestion it started just fine.
