Slimserver does not recognise WAV files

I have recently been experimenting with ripping my CDs into WAV format using EAC. If I do this by generating a FLAC file and ticking the option for keep the WAV file then no problem Slimserver recognises both the WAV and the FLAC and both are selectable and playable. If I rip just to WAV then Slimserver does not recognise. I assume this is a tagging problem but how to resolve?

You need a CUE sheet. I used the command "Action -> Copy Image & Create CUE Sheet".

I tried that exact command on Ripped CD and it only sees one track even though there are many tracks in the cue sheet.

Are there options in EAC to specify what flavor cue sheet to generate. Oh and I think I generated a Flac file with a cue sheet, not a wav.
