    Paul Where Are You ?

    Paul

I have left pms for you, I have telephoned you, I have asked for a reply to my problem in the groups.

I am still left with a useless TS-101, unless you can provide a patch to allow me to access my music stored on additional NAS boxes. We have spoke several times, the last time was over two weeks ago, when you said the fix was being tested, and would be available 'in a couple of days'.

Please get in touch regarding this fix, or refund me.

Just passing on why Paul maybe away.

As for your comment I don't understand why you think you should get a refund. The product is a NAS in its own right and therefore is perfectly fit for the purpose

The reason I mentioned a refund is that I specifically telephoned before purchase to make sure it would work as I intended (ie, with shortcuts to music held on another NAS) and I was told yes. It won't. Hence I was mis-sold. I have stuck with it, and given them over 2 months to come up with a solution. They haven't. The unit is useless to me without this, as I have over a terabyte of music.
