Free SB3 bundle for Transporters orders reintroduced

We expect to start shipping Transporter this week.

Demand has been greater than anticipated and it will take us a few weeks to work through the backlog.

If you place your order today, I would expect a 3 to 4 week delay in shipping. As promised, the special offer will end the day we start shipping. So if you want to recieve a Squeezebox in addition to your Transporter, you only have a few days left.

Interesting to see that the free squeezebox offer that was going to cease once the Transporters started shipping has been reintroduced!

I'm guessing it's due to huge demand causing shipping delays, which in turn may put people off from ordering. If they ramp up production they need the demand to stay high and not fall off again in a few weeks.

The quote from Patrick says there has been a higher than anticipated number of orders, sean has also said this in another thread, so i don't think there is any need to speculate on that one

Well I for one am grateful it was re-introduced as I only recently discovered the existence of transporter since I was in the process of of upgrading my system. I quickly fired off an email asking if the free squeeze box was still available as it was not accessible on the site. (I'm sure I wasn't the only one) In any case, it reappeared about 2 days later and my squeezebox is arriving tomorrow, followed of course by a black transporter No question in my mind, there's a backlog....

Anyway, good to be here!
