WSLam- Wonderful pictures. Thanks.
Interesting that there's no RFI/EMI shielding around that cute little SMPS.
Good spot for some ERS material.
Don't see any filtering on the IEC input either.

I agree, WSLam has take some great pics here in a modern setting. I particularly like http://photos.lam.ws/gallery/1930618/2/97851478/Large
as this shows the actual unit working with the real displays. The problem you would have with the pre-production is that you would not have the displays running.
If you are taking some more, I'd like to see more of the silver unit too.

Thank you! =)
I will take more... but the silver one is not mine... I will see if I can go and take some of the silver one. The silver one is being used with a pair of Acoustic Reality eAR1001 and Sonus Faber Guarneri. He just emailed me and told me he is finally, completely, disc-free.WSLam

Transporter Word Clock Question
Ok, so hooked up the BNC cable on the Transporter to the Word Clock Out from my DCC2 SE. Turned off Slave mode on DCC2 SE, and went to Player Settings:
DIGITAL OUTPUT ENCODING -> AES/EBU (using XLR)
CLOCK SOURCE -> Word Clock Input
That's all the changes I need to make right? It sounds different, but I am not sure if I like what I am hearing... maybe I just need to get used to it, or maybe I did something wrong with the settings?WSLam

Ideally you would want 75 ohm cables and not 50ohm. I'm using a non-signature DCC2 with Stealth XLR cable and Stealth BNC cable for the word clock. I've not received my transporter yet, but it has shipped. If you are using 50ohm cables, you may be getting reflections in the cable and getting worse results than not using the word clock. Try switching between int and ext clock on the dcc2 and see if there's a difference. The DCC2 is sensitive to digital cables.
