Hello;
I upgraded my server to 6.5B2 and am having no problems with my Squeezebox. However, my older Slimp3 will not play any streamed music. It seems to play music from my library just fine, but no Internet radio stations. Again, the Squeezebox works fine.
Any ideas?

More Info
Just for some more information:
for example, if I tune to FolkAlley, it usually plays a "welcome" file then goes on to a song, with the display showing the name of the song. It does this correctly on my Squeezebox.
If I play to the Slimp3 via the web page, it appears to be streaming data and the display on the Slimp3 3 says "now playing" and the timer is counting up, but there is no sound and it never goes on to display a song.
If I attempt to play locally using the remote it tries to connect and then almost immediately fails.

6.5b2 and Slimp3 Problem
We're aware of the SliMP3 problems, and are looking into it.

Worked for about 10 seconds then stopped. Had to restart the Slimp3. I initiated the play from the SlimServer, if I try it locally with the remote it fails after "(checking stream...)"

We've found the problem, should be fixed shortly.

I stopped and restarted the server and tried again (initiating the play from the server) and it seemed to work with the pause/unpause trick. I'll let it run for awhile and post again if it fails.
Again, thanks.

any update?
I just install 6.5b2, this is great stuff. Everything is so fast! I was using 6.3.1 w/MySQL 4.1 of my own, and this is still light years more quick than that. I had weirdness playing on the slimp3 as well, and the pause/unpause did it. When these fixes go in, will they be in this semi-official type of release? I'm not so hot on nightlies.

The nightlies for 6.5 will only contain small changes. We may do a b3 build
with the fixes as well.
