    DB log of played tracks

I'd really love to be able to browse the tracks that I've played recently and, better still, to be able to browse (and play randomly) the tracks that I haven't played recently. I've also been playing with my wife's Rio Karma and found myself looking enviously at the RIO DJ feature, which lets you do things like playing tracks that you used to listen to a lot but have since ignored. All of this requires some sort of per-player log of when tracks were played. As far as I know, SlimServer doesn't have such a log, so I wondered what people's thoughts were on the practicalities of adding one.

Some people think the title of this song is irrelevant,
    but it's not irrelevant - it's a hippopotamus.

    Take a look at "Statistics".

Without digging a little, I'm not sure where they come from, but they're
    there.

Alas, they are reset on a re-scan.

Audioscrobbler to Last.fm. As a bonus, there are also plugins for many
portable music players, including the Rio Karma

I'm all for SlimServer doing smart playlists, I just think that it also
makes sense to leverage the Last.fm and Audioscrobbler plugins in doing so
(or at least in the meantime).

The TrackStat plugin together with the DynamicPlayList does exactly this and much more, its statistics are not reset during re-scans.
