As Matt pointed out Paul is on paternity leave.
Guess now we know just how much effort he has put in in the past.
Slighlty worrying that he was the only contact and worried with the launch date of the Slimserver being 18th when the version will be QNAP packaged. Maybe my choice of a closed system was the wrong onePaul

Why don't you call Progressive if you have an urgent issue, as far as Paul is concerned if he is on paternity leave he is not going to care what goes on here until he is back from that leave. And neither should he.

Give Paul (& Progressive) a break and lets introduce a sense of balance into the equation! He has really moved the project along since the TS101 was introduced. I think overall the support has been good and substantially better than Dell, Dixons, PC World to name a few of the retailers I have cause to tangle with in recent times.
