Can someone help me stream these shows via the Squeezebox?

    Hi Everyone,

I feel like I'm missing something obvious but I can't seem to get this to work. Any help is appreciated.

    If you go here:

    http://stash.nugs.net/wsp/0010nola_m...w=48&cmd=shows

You will see an example of a show I'm trying to stream via the SB.

I've tried taking the "listen" links and putting them into the Radio Tune in on Slimserver with no luck. However, the playlists open up without issue in Quicktime, Windows Media and Real Player.

Anyone know how I can get shows off Nugs.net to stream through SlimServer?

    Thanks

The links point to redirects to the actual recordings (which aren't really radio streams, they're just mp3 files). Anyway, open one up in winamp or wmp and get the file info - you'll see the real URL. Put that in the squeezebox and it should word. I'm currently listening to this one:

    http://cryptical.nugs.net/wsp/001028...d_Hot_Mama.mp3

    and it's fine.

But is there anyway to get the whole playlist to load or is track by track the only way?

    Thanks

You could add the shows to the My Picks editor plugin... The plug-in stores the show url's in an OPML file which you can access at any time.

From a user perspective, you would browse to Internet Radio, My Picks, Nugs.net Shows, <<show you want to listen to.mp3>>. I have tested this with the Hot Mama show, and it works like a breeze.

However, this will not work if the MP3 names are changed with each show. Then you would need a fixed playlist url to point to.

    Good luck

That example I gave is a playlist. They're still just single mp3 files, but of more than one track.
