Unicode genres are duplicated between MP3 and FLACs

Hello,

A problem exists with unicode (Cyrillic) genre listing in web UI. If I select "browse Genres", the english genre list appears in alphnumeric order, followed by the similary sorted cyrillic genre list. However, the same cyrillic genres also appear in the middle of the english genres.
Attachments illustrate this.
It appears that MP3 tracks are associated with the "correctly" placed cyrillic genres, while FLACs are listed under cyrillic genres that are placed in the middle of the english list.
