Wife sometimes is destructive, or maybe yours is not
Well, the web interface is quite good, however, it's too powerful, all setups are there which could be accidentaly changed by the wife or the kids. So, is there a read only web interface available?

The NoSetup plugin will accomplish what you're looking for.

I also needed something like that, but not for the wife, but for some friends being able to tune in on my SlimServer from accross the net... BUT, when I install the NoSetup, there's no added config part under plugins, but i can turn on/off the plugin though. What's happening here?

There's a NoPlugin menu entry in the web page's Plugins section. If the
options were in the settings page, how would you turn access to them on
again, once they're hidden? :-)
