    Mozilla > Edit Preferences > Advanced > Mouse Wheel, pick a modifier and
    associate it with "make text larger or smaller.

    I think IE has something similar?

    Moz doesn't care, it still resizes. The .css defines fonts in pixel
    sizes, so IE may have problems.
