Hi everyone,
Did anyone try to re-use the old display (I think from the Squeezebox 1) with the to lines of 5x7 characters that you could swap against the graphical one?
I'm kicking around this idea that would need a display just like the one that is collecting dust in my basement, an Atmel processor, a VIA mainboard in the trunk of the car and of course a slimserver installation ;-)
Regards,
Hakan

google "parallel port LCD" - it's relatively easy to hook up and there is software out there to drive it.

So what did SlimDevices do with all the returned LCD panels
from the SB1?
