I am very happy with the slimserver software, I'm streaming to a squeezebox and a soundbridge on my local network. I have also been successful streaming to softsqueeze at work, but I have to manually change the bitrate through the web interface to avoid dropouts. Unfortunately due to the outgoing network routing evertime I make a caonnection from work it shows up as a different ip to the slimserver which requires me to constantly log on and manually change the bitrate for the current session. Is there a way to force limiting the bitrate to on all connections that appear to not originate from the 192.168.15.X subnet.
