I've published a new plugin which will disable access to the server/player
settings. It's called PartyMode and can be found on the following page:
http://www.herger.net/slim/detail.php?nr=390
It's basically a web interface to the already existing -nosetup start
parameter. There's no functionality on the player... May be the first
plugin of this kind :-). But as I don't know of a possibility to hide a
plugin from the player, it will simply display it's status.
My simple question to the developers list is therefore: can I hide a
plugin from the player's interface?
Regards,

With the new Home menu structure, having yoru plugin listed only in the default
Plugins menu might be close enough
I suppose an option could be made such that if addMenus returned undef or maybe
"", then we'd remove it from the menuing altogether. However, you might find a
use for it, or some users might like the status info.
