How can I get information from Squeezebox

Hello to every one!

I'm newbie here...
I'm a dev on LCD Smartie plugins and I want some information about how can I get information out of Squeezebox!
My goal is to display the same text (or similar) with the Squeezebox screen to an LCD Computer screen driven by Lcd Smartie!

Is there any file (txt Or HtmL or any type) to access building a plugin for smartie?
